When I’m lazy, I always make this dessert. “Napoleon in a glass”: finger-licking good. Eaten in 2 minutes

Add the remaining crumbs to the pan.

Place the pan on the stove and heat over medium heat.

Cook until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning. This will take about 8-10 minutes.

Preparation of the custard:
Pour the sugar into a non-stick pan and add the egg yolks.

Pour in the milk and whisk everything together.

Add the flour and whisk again until smooth.

Place the pan on the stove and heat over medium heat.

Boil the cream until it thickens, about 6-10 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the cream cool.

Assemble the desserts:
Once the dough and cream have cooled, you can start assembling the dessert.

Place 2 tablespoons of crumbs of sand in glasses or cups.

Then add 2 tablespoons. Cream.

Repeat the layers until the container is full.

Let the cake cool in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Serve and garnish as desired.
