“I am SO glad I found this recipe again. My mother always made this growing up and tasting it again brought back so many fond memories

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Turn your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Grease Pans: Rub butter or cooking spray inside two loaf pans.
Mash Filling: Mash the apple pie filling with a fork.
Chop Apple: Cut the apple into small pieces.
Beat Eggs: Lightly mix the eggs with a fork.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Put the cake mix, flour, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a bowl. Mix them.
Add Wet Ingredients: Pour the mashed apple filling and eggs into the bowl. Mix everything.
Add Apples: Gently mix the chopped apples into the batter.
Pour into Pans: Pour the batter into the two loaf pans.
Sprinkle Topping: Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of each pan.
Bake: Put the pans in the oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Check Bread: Stick a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.
Cool: Let the bread cool in the pans for a few minutes.
Serve: Take the bread out of the pans, slice, and enjoy.
