Dollywood-Style Cinnamon Bread

Instructions
1. Prep the Dough

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a loaf pan.

Cut the thawed dough into 4–6 strips lengthwise without cutting all the way through the bottom (so it stays connected).

Then cut crosswise several times to create a pull-apart grid pattern.

2. Coat in Butter & Cinnamon Sugar

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Brush melted butter generously all over the dough, getting into the cuts.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture heavily over the loaf, pressing it into all the crevices.
(Be generous — this creates that signature crust.)

3. Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

The top should be deeply caramelized and slightly crisp.

4. Make the Glaze

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Drizzle generously over warm bread.

Pro Tips for That Real Dollywood Texture 🍞
Don’t skip the deep cuts — that’s what makes it pull apart easily.

Use plenty of cinnamon sugar (more than you think you need).

Brush extra melted butter on top halfway through baking for extra richness.

Serve warm — it’s best fresh out of the oven.
