Cookies Made From Brownie Mix

Mix the dough:
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well blended. The mixture should be thicker than regular brownie batter, resembling cookie dough.

If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or candies.

Scoop the dough:

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each scoop. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to ensure even-sized cookies.

Bake:

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. (The cookies will firm up as they cool.)

Cool:

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve:

Enjoy the chewy, fudgy cookies! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.Butter substitutes guide

Tips:

For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the cookies before baking.
